Welcome to our website:

We provide free support and counseling to seniors and caregivers in the ageing process ​for mental health.

The simple lessons and eye-witness accounts herein are based on the knowledge that the elderly can avoid and delay the onset and sometimes reverse the severity of depression, dementia and Alzheimer’s diseases with personal guidance and training.​

​We are of the conviction that Christian faith is an integral part of healthcare and provides motivation and strength when needed most. Encouraging words from God’s heart are medicine for healing mind and body.
Our efforts are also directed to help those elderly that are unable to access the internet and are victims of the communication age gap. Community meetings with small group participation is a simple solution to this “grass roots problem”.
